Not able to cancel my subscription

I my adobe id is xxxxxxx, I paid for the Premier pro for one month from my credit card( is monthly subscription plan not an annual plan where we commit to pay for the entire year) and Adobe is cheating my money for the next month and continue to do so, where I have not committed to continue my payment. When I tried to cancel the subscription, first it asked me to contact customer support, why should one contact customer support for cancellation? OK when clicked customer support I am taken to their various modes of contact and none of them is working. The chat is closed, the number 800-833-6687 is not receiving incoming calls as the phone is not recharged.

I am helpless as to what to do .

There is only way out I have to block my Credit Card

If Adobe is not showing a way for me within 10 days I am going to Consumer Forum to sue them

if that fails to help, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).
