not downloading

Hi, I bought adobe creative yesterday and the downloading of just on eof the apps has been stuck on 23% since yetserday and has blocled my internet access and slowed everything else down on my pc. What can I do please?

C, what Adobe application are you trying to install?  What operating system is running on the computer you are installing on? Finally, what other Adobe applications, and versions, are currently installed on the computer?

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I am not tech savvy by any stretch, and I am unertatin of what you mean by
operating system? It is a hp windows 11 I believe. The adobe application I
am trying to install is the adobe creative suite. I do have a downloaded
version of photoshop on my pc already.

Cathy, can you confirm you are trying to install Creative Suite or Creative Cloud?  If it is Creative Cloud then see  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html for information on how to locate the fatal errors within the log files.
