I didn't change my Paypal account, but since October I am receiving the notice of cancellation. I tried to enter the payment information again.However I received the following email bay Paypal:
You have sent an order of 12.19 EUR to Adobe Systems Ireland LTD
Thank you for choosing PayPal. This is not a charge. The amount will be debited to your account when the seller has processed the payment.
Therefore I do not know what I have to do.
Could you please to solve this problem.

I apologize for my English perhaps incorrect. I do not want to cancel my account, the cancellation notification is sent to me by Adobe for billing issues. And I can able to solve the problem.
