Hi, I recently received an e-mail saying that my payment method is about to expire, but the problem is that I already paid the entire year in advance.
Yes, if the end date of the card is in the past, then your payment method is expired as the message indicates. If your card service works the way mine does, then you might be able to extend the expiration date without extending the amount that can be charged against the card. That way you can be more certain that nothing further will be charged to the card even though it remains active.

Is your payment method about to expire? That in itself is not really an issue... Did the email indicate your subscription would be suspended until you update your payment method?

No, it's not about to expire because I just stared this plan last month, november 12. And yes, the email indicates that the subscription will be suspended until I update my payment method.
Could it be because the expiration date of the credit card has expired, even though it´s already paid? There's this thing, called MB Way, where you can create a credit card that lasts for a month, so it ends today. Could that be the problem?
