Bonjour,

J'ai dû réinstaller Photoshop Elements 12 sur Windows 10 suite à un piratage, pas de problème pour l'installation. Mais lorsque j'ouvre Photoshop, un message d'erreur m'indique:

"Ce numéro de série est déjà utilisé pour le nombre maximum d'ordinateurs autorisés. Vous devez désactiver la licence sur un ordinateur pour pouvoir utiliser ce produit sur cet ordinateur-ci."

Mais seulement, il n'y a qu'un seul PC sur lequel devrait être installé Photoshop, c'est le mien. Donc soit je me suis fait voler mon numéro de licence Photoshop, soit il y a un bug. Auriez-vous des solutions dans les deux cas svp?

You have to contact the Adobe support.  Only they can check and/or reset the activation.
