Hi. I'm trying to obtain a case number so i can submit a form for a license transfer. It can't be done on the help centre as i don't have any active plans. My account only has the Creative Cloud registration details on it. Any idea how i can get a case number in the UK? Thanks!

As far as I know, this is only for serial number programs

-you may NOT sell or transfer an Education serial number

Yes thanks John. I want to transfer my CS6 license over to someone else but i need a case number to upload the form to. I can't see how to get this.

OK so this thread also applies to me as I would like to transfer my Photoshop Elements 2020 licence. Could you tell me how to create a support case to do this please. The chat seesion linked above is next to useless and recognises nothing I tell it.

if you need help with that, you may (or may not) be able to contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
