OPTICAL FLOW NOT WORKING

Hello, lately I tried to use optical flow multiple times, but it seems as it doesn't work.  I'm quite sure that the problem is NOT about the number of fps. The real issue is that even if a try to use it, there's no red bar appearing on the clip I'm trying to edit.

What can I do?
