Paid subscription not being recognized by CC app

I pay for a monthly subscription to use the Creative Cloud App. I have always only used a single account attached to my main email address. The payment to adobe shows up in my bank statements but the app and even my adobe account itself is claiming I do not own a license and must pay for a subscription... which I'm already paying for. Please do not direct me to the troubleshooting page, I have already tried every single suggestion there is. I have reinstalled, I have updated, I have logged in and out, reset the host files... everything. According to my account I am on a 'free subscription', despite the fact that money is being charged to my account monthly.

The CC app is claiming my "trial has expired" and that I don't have a subscription... but I am literally paying for a subscription and can verify as such with my bank statements. What am I supposed to do???
