 Can I pay my friend Adobe  Premiere Elements probram 

He has open and signature from package  Id number , but want not use this.

Can he sold to me , open this in other place ?

My older same Adobe Editor can open , vob, because support mpeg endet, linki not open to

I have 3 Adobe procram and has signature myself.
