paying for creative cloud but nothing works

Hello! I have the Creative Cloud since a half year. I pay for it. But when I open the cloud now, it says that I have the free version without paying and without all the applications. I can only test the stuff. I need the cloud for uni and work, but I can't do anything. On my account are no bills or anything anymore, but I payed every month. I tried to call the support, but no one picked up 😞

It worked everyday since I bought it, but now I'm at a loss.

Has someone a helpful advice?
