Good morning everyone. I will try to explain my problem as best as possible since English is not my native language.

i have a problem with photoshop 2023 and my desktop computer (i9, amd radeon rx 6600), First of all, let me say that I have tried to install it on my laptop and on my father's computer and it works fine on both, without problems.

However, on my desktop computer (i9, radeon rx6600) I install it, I start it and the program opens, so far everything is perfect, it even lets me open photos, the problem comes when I click the mouse on the upper menus (Edition, Help,.....), when I click there I get a blue screen and my computer restarts!

but that's not all, I have managed to "solve" it, if I launch the photoshop 2023 program as "administrator" then it works perfectly for me, my computer does not restart...

What could be happening on my desktop computer? Why does it restart when I click on those upper menus and yet if I open the program as administrator it works fine for me?

                                           Thank you so much

Sounds like something is wrong with your user account on the desktop computer. Can you try creating an alternate account on that computer and see if it is affecting all users with those privileges on the computer or just your current one? This will rule out user account corruption. This may require that your user account be repaired, or you migrate to a new one on the system to resolve your issues.
