Photoshop 22.4.3.317 won't download

I've recieved this error message a total of 5 times, and no matter what I do--even after following all of the steps on the help page here, I still get the same error message. I use photoshop for both school and work purposes and need it on my computer. After the new update failed, I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall--I was getting the same error when trying to update.

Please help!
