I have not purchased a full version since v 4.0. I have purchased a computer using Windows 7. I can not install V 4.0 to complete my upgrades on my new machine. Any ideas?
Drobnystudio what version of Photoshop are you trying to install? During the installation process you should be asked for your qualifying serial number. Depending on what version you are installing will depend on the previous version serial number to enter. You certainly will not want to enter the Photoshop 4 serial number as it would not be recognized by any of our recent versions of Photoshop.
