Dear all, I discovered that both Lightroom and Photoshop are no longer installed on my computer.

Recently I had some problems regarding USB power output and the computer was send back to the

shop for repair. All is working fine now.

How do I get Photoshop and Lightroom back on my PC?

I have a prepaid subscription for both, expire februari 2023.

Are you certain Adobe apps are not installed in Program Files?

If so, start over as @John T Smith suggested.

If they are installed but you can't access them, follow these steps.

1. Go to Creative Cloud Icon in your Start Menu > right click > More > Run as administrator.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. At the prompt, sign-in with your paid Adobe ID and password.

Hope that helps.
