Hello!

i recently bought a sub to the photography package and tried to install both lightroom and photoshop but ran into os compatibility issues. I updated my windows 10 to the newest edtion and this did not solve the issue. so i upgraded to the nesest version of windows 11, this also did not solve the issue dispite being a newer version of the operating system then the requrement pages state. I am running a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor

32 gigs of ram

Radeon RX 6700 XT

Thank you!

Are you installing from the CC Desktop app?

If so, try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
