Ralph11411, sorry you are facing problems, what error do you receive while trying to install Photoshop CC?  The error will also be located in the installation logs.  See  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html for information on how to locate the errors within the logs.
