Photoshop CC is in trial mode? I already paid for my membership.

I had to take all my Adobe products off my laptop for space reasons.  I went to re-download Photoshop as I need to work with it today.  Even though I logged in, and even though I'm fully paid on my subscription, I only get Free Trial or Buy  

What do I need to do to not be duplicating the bill?  I don't want to pay for it twice.
