After 40 minutes on the phone, my problem is still occurring. I have no interest in fixing it anymore, I just want a refund. Basically what happens is I click on my adobe icon. It says "your trial has expired. You can continue to use Adobe photoshop cc 2018 by purchasing the software." and then a button that says "join now." I have already purchased the software and they are taking money from my account. When I click 'join now' anyway, it takes me to the purchasing page. When I click on the students teachers plan for $20, and hit "buy now" (just to see what happens; I've already bought it) it says "you already have this product and can not buy it twice." SO, what the hell. I have it, but have no way to access it, at all. And the people on the phone have been of no help, nor have they refunded me. The class that this would have been useful for is nearly over, I would like my money back, its $40. Thank you.
