Photoshop CC2020 move tool does not work properly (moves randomly after placing a layer)

As written in the subject, my Photoshop move tool all of a sudden does not move properly.

Specifically speaking, if I move a layer to where I want, it moves to a random point.

Have I turned on anything?

I have purged photoshop cache.

I would really appreciate if anybody has solution for this problem
