"Unable" doesn't tell us much.
- You get an error message (what?)
- You don't know how?
- It seems to succeed but stays a demo?
- System crashes?
- Something else?

I was online with Adobe and doing what said. Sorry that it was wrong. The CS5 downloaded on Windows 11 with no problem. However, I am unable to activate it as it states it has already been activated on 2 computers. Any help would be appreciated. I will go back on line with them as I got disconnected and do have a case number. Sorry for not doing things as you felt should be done

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
