Photoshop CS6 re-installation (NW)

Photoshop CS6 did not start and error 16 appeared

I was advised to deinstall CS6 and re-install

I cannot find where to do that, again and again I seem to be forced to arrange a monthly or annual contract on CC

How is it possible that I cannot find where to reinstall the product I am using for years

Use your original disk or download and original serial number. You may have to do a deep uninstall of Creative Cloud.
