Photoshop download failing

I'm trying to dowload photoshop from the creative cloud desktop app and it fails between 5% and 9% everytime, is there any fix for this?

quit your cc desktop app and restart with admin privileges.  

 

if that fails, suspend your security programs (av, antimalware etc)
