Photoshop Elements 2023 Upgrade Download startet nicht

Ich habe vorhin das Upgrade auf Photoshop Elements 2023 gekauft. Es erscheint auch in meinem Konto. Wenn ich aber auf "Herunterladen" klicke und dann auf "Herunterladen.exe", startet kein Download. Stattdessen werde ich auf die Seite Adobe Creative Suite-Archiv geleitet. Betriebssystem Windows 11 22H2, Browser Edge.

check that your computer meets specs.

download and then install your trial

enter your serial number to convert the trial to full non-time-limited version

also, if you have firewall and/or are using a company computer, there may be restrictions local to your system.

the links for pse 2023 were just released today and my not have rolled-out to all servers world-wide, yet.  try again later if a different browser fails and the above restrictions don't apply.
