Photoshop Elements 9 Updates failed to install

It says please fix these problems below. However no clue how to fix them. Tried several times and no luck

As you have mentioned you are unable to download and install Photoshop Elements 9, Premiere Elements 9 and Camera Raw update's as they fail to download, you may use the below links to directly download the update's patch and install it:

The current version is 2021 and Adobe no longer supports that very old version

Yup, That could be the answer. So how far back is Adobe support..5, 6, 7,8, 9 years. Not good PR. There are other apps chewing at Adobe heels, to take over. Adobe is getting too fat and happy..
