I've disabled my firewalls and I've uninstalled photoshop multiple times. It keeps reading Error 205 once it's downloaded and opens the app. I can't do anything on it. How do i fix this?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:Win: Ctrl + Alt + RMac: Cmd + Opt + R
