Photoshop freezing at 80%

I am deeply disappointed with the new photoshop update. ALL of my files will stop between th 80%-99% so I have redone projects over several times. I do not understand why it keeps freezing. Can someone please help? I have some very tight deadlines and photoshop isn't properly working!

Quintinr81226598, I am sorry that the installations of your CC app updates keep freezing.  This sounds like a very frustrating situation.  Can you please check the log files for the cause of the installation freezing.  Details on how to locate and interpret the install logs can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
