Photoshop installation fail error 403

I am having issues installing photoshop. I have followed the instructions on how to fix this issue but to no avail. I am using a MacBook Pro. Any help would be amazing. Thank you.

Stephane and WNT, Error 403 occurs due to a download error.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you utilizing?  I don't see an active membership assigned to the e-mail addresses you have used to post to this public discussion forum.

Please make sure that you are signed in using the correct email address on which you have an Active Subscription. 

Since you have followed the steps as shared earlier and still facing issues, please 

 contact Support Team by clicking on : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
