Photoshop Installation not Working

I began my free trial of photoshop last night, however the installation kept stopping at 6%. I restarted the installation process multiple times and waited about 2 hours each time.  before finally i started it again and decided to sleep on it and hope it would be installed in the morning. It as now been 10 hours and it is still stuck at 5.8%. Please help as I need this app as of yesterday and Im getting frustrated.

Which operating system do you use?

Do you get an error message? If yes please post the exact meesage.

I have a windows 10 HP Notebook. and no I'm not getting any error message it just won't load past 6%.

Which Windows 10 build version?  180x,1903...?

Do you do the install as an adminstrator or an user with admin rights?

Is a virus scanner or another protection program running? If yes, please deactivate this programs and try again.
