Hi!
I have a problem with activation e download for Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2019 ESD purchased in a online store.
1. I have an Activation key of 22 characters (pepew5-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)
2. I have a link to the active-here site (Adobe Redemption Guide http://cdn.activate-here.com/download/download.aspx?image=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
3. At the point 2 the site download a pdf guide of Adobe that explain me the activate process (Perpetual Post-Purchase).
4. I go to Adobe site, login with my ID and click on Redeem Purchase
5. The code requested is a 24 characters code , but I have a 22 characters code.
6. I asked on the online store and they told me it's an Adobe problem.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve it?
Thanks!
Unless you bought this thru Adobe, giving your product code to Adobe is not going to win you any favors. A legitimate vendor is supposed to provide a serial number - sounds like you found one that is not - ask about getting a refund.

Serial numbers do not contain alphabet characters, only numbers. Whatever that 22 character sequence is, it is not the serial number that the vendor is supposed to provide. I believe a redemption code does allow for alphabet characters, but I also believe they are 24 characters as well. You need to pursue it thru whoever you purchased the license from and have them provide a valid code.

Thanks for the reply!
Following the "Help with Redemption Codes", my 22 alphanumeric digits is a Product Code, the store tells me that they are all right and contact Adobe with my product code, but I do not know how to proceed to activate the product.

At this point I try to contact the store and make him understand that it is he who must solve by providing a correct and working code.
Thanks for the help!

This won't help you now, but for the future (and anyone else reading this)
Go to Adobe Partner Connection Portal and enter the vendor name
For instance... I entered Amazon and the result was that Amazon is an official Adobe seller
HOWEVER... be very careful about clicking a sub-vendor link on the main Amazon site... these are vendors who use Amazon for payment processing, but that does NOT mean that they are authorized to sell products by the software companies
You have not named the online vendor where you made your purchase, but go to the link I just provided and enter their name to find out if they are an official Adobe seller

Thanks! Great link
I contacted the seller, let's see what they say.
