I have a brand new Dell laptop with 9th Gen i7 processor and a solid state hard drive. Managed to install Illustrator with ease, however Photoshop gets to between 40% to 75% and then doesn't move. I have tried installing 4 times, including once leaving the laptop on over night. I would very much appreciate any advice?
