Photoshop Trial Won't Download

For the last week now I have been trying to download the Photoshop Creative Cloud trial for my MacBook Air and every time I try to download it, it stops at 8%. Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know what to do to fix this?

Maxk53833787 do you receive any specific error messages when downloading and installing Photoshop CC 2017?  What version of Mac OS do you have installed on your MacBook Air? 

I would recommend utilizing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to download and install Photoshop CC 2017.  For complete details on how to download and install see Download and install Creative Cloud apps​.  If you have any questions regarding the steps listed in the document then please update this discussion.

I used a Photoshop version that I bought from you. But got the message that it was illegal.?????? Strange, but I then bought a new version but I can't install it.
You say, if you have any questions we are ready for you.
With sound support I get a screen that I can't do anything with.

In the meantime I keep getting the message on my old Photoshop that I have to renew, I find this all very annoying!

What are you doing about this?

I would like to hear it, or see it resolved.

..  and with a current subscription did you install the cc desktop app and use that app to install ps?

Ik werkte in Photoshop en kreeg toen de melding dat ik geen legale versie had. En dat hij binnenkort verwijderd zou worden.

Toen ben ik naar de Adobe shop gegaan en heb een proefversie aangeschaft. Zie foto's. 

Ik heb toen geprobeerd om hem te downloaden op mijn mac, hij blijft dan proberen maar ik krijg hem niet gedownload.

Op mijn telefoon kan ik hem wel gebruiken.

Maar is 't niet mogelijk om in mijn oude versie van Photoshop te blijven werken op mijn mac?

Ik werk op een MacBook PRO 16 inch,2019 macOS Catalina met videokaart intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Misschien hebben jullie wat aan deze info.

this page explains how to install cc apps by first installing the cc desktop app. the links at the page bottom allow you to select the installer suitable for your os, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

If it doesn't work with the article mentioned by @kglad, please use cleaner tool to remove any residual background processes on your system related to Adobe and then try installing the application following the same steps as mentioned in the artice.
