Plan cancellation

I've purchased a creative cloud around a month ago, because I thought that it includes all Softwares without paying each one individually. Now I want to cancel it, but it doesn't let me as I'm logged in via my university email and it says that any changes have to be approved by the administrator. The option for plan cancellation doesn't even show to me. But when I went to ask our university IT helpers, they didn't know how to cancel it either. Can you help me please?

Enterprise contracts are managed by the university. You need to contact the admin of the enterprise contract to cancel or change your contract.

 

Adobe customer support will not be able to help you. If the university does not know how to proceed, then the university needs to contact Adobe customer service.
