Plan option provided is $15 more expensive than advertised.

I have two memberships. One is a photography plan with 1TB and a single app plan for Illustrator. This is because the $49 plan was expensive for me and a little more than I needed. Now I want to 'merge' them (cancel one and upgrade the other to the 49 or $52 plan) but it is giving me great difficulty. My only option for all apps package is $67, not $52. What is going on?

P.s.

I've paid for the annual/monthly payment for the single app plan, so it still wants to charge me for a remaining two months. Surely this could be waived for upgrading the other plan and paying more money that I am now?

The 52$ plan does include only 100gb of cloud space. I suppose that the additional cash is for the added on 1tb cloud space. That would be 15$.

The all apps is 52 $!

It is anyhow wise to Contact Customer Care to be able to cancel the Photography plan without cancelation fee.
