Pls help or I'll throw something! Creative Cloud Account won't work on 2nd mac

Hi all!

So, Since years I pay and use several programs (PS, ID, AI, AR...) on my MacBookPro. About 60+ bucks a month. Says I can use the account on 2 computers, one at a time. So far so clear.

Bought an IMac yesterday and spent hours now to try to make the programs install.

1) opened the account

2) downloaded "creative cloud"

3) deactivated it before on the MacBookPro, as told

4) new IMac: when opening the list of programs it doesn't say now "install" - it says "test" or "buy"... as if I never paid for them!!!!

5) Back to the Laptop now, registering again in the account, suddenly I see the same likeon the new IMac... AI I can test or buy... why??? It IS mine already... what happened?

Something went wrong here... I searched EVERYTHING now, I tried all options... I cannot find a page on the new mac where I can just "open" or "download" my programs that I have already paid for... not even if I deactivate it on my laptop first 😞

What do I miss here???? Thanks a bunch... I'm so frustrated already *sigh*

Joey

Thanks! Solved the problem in the meantime. I had  2 accounts by accident, changed the pw of the second one, for some reason made a third one in the past for a different adobe product and the only way to get my data on both computers was to use the first ever used data and just delete the 3rd one...... Thanks for your time!

Mr. CoffeeJeep, Hello.
The opening part of the account in (1) is caught, but the Adobe ID you use to sign in when installing on the second PC is the same as the Adobe ID you have used so far.

There is no need to create a separate AdobeID for the second unit.

We recommend that you check which AdobeID you have a contract for.

(1) If the account issue is clear, there may be other authentication issues.

Please refer to this help.
