Possible to get older versions of adobe? Then how?

I want to get Adobe Illustrator 2019 and Photoshop CS4 so If I pay for the subscription for these I can get those versions? That is because I have to practice with these versions for my exams and the school uses those versions.

No. Adobe's policy is only one version back. It seems odd that your school would use mismatched versions and not keep everything on the same version as some computers cannot even run both versions that you mention at the same time. If you want to practice for your exam, I would recommend using computers provided by the school with the software on it, but if you are looking to continue building your skills to use these applications in your career you may be eligible for student discounted version of the CC subscription where you can get the latest versions of the software for yourself.

I heard you can contact support to give you older versions no? Also, It does not matter to me if it is not supported I just want to get used to the same tools, also I heared that there are some installers online that can work and they are not illegal as they require for you to have the subscription for them to work.

I am sorry, Moh, Illustrator 2019 is no longer available for download in 2025. If you have a purchased copy of Creative Suite 4, then you would already have access to the installation files, but you would be unable to activate the software. Please look for a modern solution for your creative needs. ^JW

CS4 is 15-year-old software. Adobe stopped selling it 10+ years ago.

So, no.  You don't get to use old products.

You might want to think long & hard about changing schools. Their lesson plans are too outdated.
