it seems to me a robbery what you do, they invite you to try the program and when you decide to finish it you charge me 39 dollars to finish with you. I will put this on all social networks so that others are not deceived by saying that we can at any time end the contract. that's called a scam.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

lostaunau, good morning.
Did you get a cancellation fee when you tried to cancel your subscription?
In that case, it is not a scam because it means that you agree to the cancellation terms and conditions when you start the trial.

"I will put this on all social networks..."
Jorge Lostaunau,
To avoid appearing very foolish on social media, please get your facts straight first.
1) A month-to-month subscription costs more per month and your price is subject to increase. But you can cancel whenever you wish. No penalty fees.
2) An annual plan (prepaid or paid monthly) costs less per month and your price won't go up for the full 12 months. However, there is a 50% fee for cancelling early. Evidently, that's what you agreed to, Jorge.
3) It's a shame you didn't read the terms and cancel within your 14 day grace period. Or avoid penalty fees by waiting until your 12th month of service to cancel. But you did neither so that's on you, not Adobe.
Goodbye & good luck!
