Premier Elements & Photoshop Elements download issue

I cannot download the Premier Elements & Photoshop Elements bundle I have just purchased.

Both are showing on my order history within my account profile but every time I attempt to click on the downloads / serial number an error message is appearing.

It keeps telling me it is unable to download data / could not find details for requested order

Richardt79501379, I am sorry that the downloads for both Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2018 are blocked within the current web browser.  Please use an alternate web browser to download the software from http://www.adobe.com/.  You can find more information on how to download purchased software at Find downloaded apps and files .
