I bought this years back and can not seem to find any record of it at all, have tried to contact support as told to by web page. So how the ***** do I contact them? Ive been run around in circles now for hours and have about had it!!!

If you didn't keep a backup copy of your product, you can try this.

Download older versions of Adobe apps

But there are no guarantees. Software makers rarely leave 7 year old apps up for download.

The original poster is trying to download version 11. Not the current version of the software.

Do you have a recommendation for him?

I got it. I just forgot to mention it in my original message.

Since the user has mentioned that he is unable to find any record of purchasing the application, I thought it will be better if we refer the user to the Download and Install team as they may check the account history and help the user better.
