Premiere Pro CC license isn't working.

Hi everybody, my Premiere pro CC licence isn't working, it says to connect to activate the product but then it says that it can't connect to the internet, even if the mac is connected.

I tried to uninstall it and then download again from the cloud, but it gives me the same error.

Somebody knows what to do?
