I can’t use the applications because it shows error 102. Anti-virus protection on the computer is disabled, the host has checked everything is ok.

I've moved your post to the Premiere Pro forum where the Experts there will be more likely to assist.

@jane-e, that's a licensing/connection error, not a premiere pro error.

==============================

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

This was in Premiere Pro, not Using the Community, Keith. Are you using the wrong macro?

actually, it's not always clear where a post should be.

to me, if there's a problem with a particular app, moving to that app forum is usually best.

this is a licensing error. those are usually handled in the download and install forum.  but there are no rigid rules. it's sometimes more a factor of tradition than logic.

i usually leave your moves alone even when they're contrary to tradition.  but after seeing a premiere expert site a out-dated thread, i felt this one should be moved to a forum i (and other licensing/connection experts) follow.

Acuner, I am sorry you cannot use your new Creative Cloud membership. Error 102 occurred because the computer could not contact our servers to verify the status of the license. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/licensing-errors.html#error102 for several solutions you can implement to unblock the connection to our servers.

Please update this public forum discussion if you have any questions.
