Adobe provided me with Prem Pro 6 to replace my lost trusty Pro 3. However, when I unzipped and ran the install, it never provided an ex or got through to where I could use the installer key provided. Any thoughts?

adobe would not replace premiere pro cs3 with premiere pro cs6
