I downloaded The cloud and Premiere Pro a week or 2 ago and created a few videos. Love the app and the cloud. However, I'm fast learning to hate it. I decided to purchase the app and I tried opening the app yesterday and it will not open. The app is saying my video driver needs to be updated... No... I've updated the driver. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Also in the cloud app that shows all of the apps It still shows me as having a trial version... I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the cloud both and am still getting the same prompt. any suggestions?

I have the same problem and deleting my preferences didn't help

then uninstall premiere pro including preferences, (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html), restart your computer and then reinstall.
