Adobe Premiere wont install I get error messages 133 and 189 sayi g there is not enough diskspace but I have 62.5GB of disk space. How much is needed?

Terrancem4278734, we recommend at least 8 gigabytes of available hard disk space.  How much space is empty on the drive that contains the operating system?
