Incerc sa folosesc aplicatia in cele 7 zile de incercare. Dar se pare ca nici una nu merge. Apare o fereastra mare alba cu un cerculet si apoi un mesaj "Creative Cloud is taking longer then usual to load. Realunch Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again "

Am facut asta de nenumarate ori.

Am incercat toate variantele . Acelasi rezultat. La deschiderea aplicatiei apare o fereastra alba cu un meniu File | Window | Help  iar dupa citeva secunde apare mesajul "Creative Cloud is taking longer then usual to load/ Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart you computer and try again" . Scuzama dar e prima aplicatie in pe care o vad in viata mea si care functioneaza atit de patetic. Sper ca nu va asteptati sa primiti 12 Euro lunar pentru o astfel de aplicatie.

these are user-to-user forums.  you're not communicating with "adobe".

 

try resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

remove to oobe folder, step 3 here Learn what to do if the Creative Cloud desktop app won't open or shows a spinning progress wheel. (a...
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

In descrierea profilului tau scrie clar "Adobe Community Professional" . 

Daca nu este un canal oficial de support, atunci m-ar interesa un canal oficail de suport Adobe. Si asta pentru a fi sigur 

Repet daca dupa cele 7 zile (au mai ramas 6) am aceeasi probleme si mi se iau bani de pe card atunci caz penal de inselatorie.
