Hello

I'm looking for help - I bought a trial version of Creative Cloud about two hours ago. I received information by e-mail that within 24 hours they would approve my subscriptions but my friend after purchasing the same subscription after only a few minutes could use it.
Another matter is how can I cancel this subscription because of the information I found on their site nothing matches, i.e. for me there is no link to deactivate.

You can't cancel until your order is fully processed.  As stated in the e-mail you received, wait 24 hours.  Use a good browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe button on the same page.  In the chat box, type AGENT followed by Enter key.
