I'm very frustrated, at first I was not able to dowload the updates. I had been trying for a week to get it working, I spend HOURS with the support, they just did what I had already done, my only way around was the direct download link but now they are nowhere to be found. After the few hours I spend with them, all they managed to do is to reinstall my creative cloud which is now messed up, it says that I can download the app (LRcc, LRclassic and photoshop) but the thing is that they are already installed. Anyway now, not able to install creative cloud, it get stuck at few %, same if I ty to install the updates for photshop and lightroom. Just to say that get to the point that I will soon cancel this membership, there is no way around it seems. They suggest that I called my internet provider, but I know the problem is not theirs, the problem is with ADOBE and the cloud. With all the comments I've read I know now that I'm not the only one with this problem, and they don't provide the direct download anymore???  I don't know what to do anymore, spend another few hours with a different tech support to get nowhere??? I did uninstlled all adobe apps, clean, tried to reinstall, did not work, finally found the direct dowload link that way I manage to reinstalled all apps but still needed to installed the updates, but it was still not working, it's why i got in touch with the tec support, twice, and they did pretty much what I had done so many times myself, but at the end it is worst than before I dealt with them. Anyway, I'm not a professionl photographer I'm sure I'll find other app more user friendly, any ideas?

The same problems for me. For more than a month I am strugling with Adobe Creative Cloud App update problem. Upon that, yesterday I was starting to get problem with Adobe Fonts - suddanly all my fonts were deactivated. Now opening document where previously were used Adobe Fonts, shows they are missing, and Activate fonts button does not work. It tries to activate and nothing happens. It is impossible to work like this!!!! I have singed in in Creative Cloud Desktop app. I have tried to sing out and sing in again, nothing changes. Adobe, you are taking too much time from me repairing all the software problemms and not be able to produce design work. After new app releases there has been only bugs and problems! Fix this fast!!

Hi sylvieb90665296,

Firstly, Boo Adobe!. You should attend to your customers. I love the software but where's the support?

I've been experiencing the exact same issue for months now. It's infuriating that Adobe-proper ignores customer problems. Nice to make the filthy lucre and leave all the pesky support problems up to the community to resolve, right?

Anyways. After not being able to resolve this issue for many months, including full reinstallion of Windows 10, CC apps (including the Crative Cloud App itself) were still hanging at a specific percentages during install. For example the CC App on my PC stuck at 18.5% every time.

Finally I found a solution that worked for me: Create a new local user administrator on your PC (I'm assuming you're not on Mac), I.E. don't use the same account that you use to sign onto your Microsoft online account, download the CC Installation app, right click and "Run as administrator". I also temporarily set the user account control (UAC) to Never Notify for these installations, you might want to do this too.

In addition to the steps taken above I used my work WiFi instead of my home WiFi. I don't know if this made a difference or not. But if using a new user account as outlined above doesn't work for you then try connecting to a different network.

Good luck!
