Problem registaring and installing my CS6 Creative Suite software

I am having trouble registaring and download my license of CS6 Creative Suite.  I purchased this software on September 16, 2013 and I have tried registrating and installing it on two different computers, during the past 8 months,  but I am having trouble.  I continue to get the error message stating invalid Product Key.  I have the receipt and licensing information If I need to provide this information.   Please assist me.. Please download the copy of Adobe Design Standard CS6 from the link - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html and enter the serial number while installing the applications.
