Problem reinstalling Illustrator in new hard drive

I had Illustrator and Photoshop installed on a PC,  but my hard drive was damaged (I lost everything). When reinstalling it in a new one, it doesn't let me. What I can do? Thank you.

Can you tell us what exact version of Photoshop and Illustrator you're trying to install and what operating system you have, also are you getting any error messages
