problem with adobe cloud

Hello,


In May of last year, I purchased a student annual plan for Adobe Creative with access to 20 applications with a monthly payment of $ 19.99. The promotional payment ($ 19.99) expires in May this year.


While this month after logging into my account in the plans tab I don't have one. Applications such as photoshop can only be downloaded for a 7-day trial period.
I would like to add that every month money was taken from my card to pay for this order. My questions: what happened and how to solve it?
