Problem with install Lightroom classic

I'm trying to install Lightroom Classic but I get a message about system incompatibility, but I don't know why.

Windows 11 23H2

Procesor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz

RAM 48 GB

GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti  16GB
